英姐 72岁，与姐姐82岁两姐妹单身，现在与一位侄儿（哥哥的儿子）一起住，家境非常清寒，年纪大的关系无法出外工作，也没有雇主愿意聘请，目前只能靠侄子的淡薄收入来维持生计。侄子也是疫情关系，一个月工作几乎没几天。英姐及姐姐是个很孝顺的人，年轻时因为年老的妈妈需要被照顾，两姐妹都舍去交另一半的时间来照顾妈妈，如今妈妈已经不在人世了。
善心人士描述，英姐一家目前都只依靠侄儿微薄的收入来度日子。扶贫计划接到善心人士电话后，经过英姐同意便到她家拜访，捐赠了一些日常食品及现金RM300，希望能够帮助到英姐一家解决短暂的困难。
