苏添福 54岁，已婚，没有小孩，目前同老婆与姐姐一同住在加影新村，自从姐夫去世后，姐姐便搬到与弟弟一起住。添福本身是回收杂物的罗里司机，在去年第一次行动管制令后，便失去工作了，姐姐由于年纪关系，没有雇主愿意聘请。
添福老婆因身体状况，无法工作，已经向福利部申请OKU卡，目前等待福利部批准。一家3口处在0收入的状况，一日三餐都是一简单的面包，快熟面来解决。住处租金费用一个月在于RM700,由于失业目前租金费用有点吃力，便和一位印裔朋友一起合租来减轻负担。
【扶贫计划】接到求助电话后，便前往添福家拜访，给与生活物资，食品及RM300的援助，暂时能够帮到添福度过短暂的困难，也希望添福能够找到工作。
